Everything 🥰 The location - convenient to the metro station, mall and etc. The hotel - artsy and vibrant but with full security🥰 The room - clean and cozy. The window view gives a positive vibes every morning and a chill vibes with the city lights at night. They provide a new clean towel everyday. They make sure that our room is clean during our stay. The staff - all staff’s are amicable, helpful and accommodating. Best service ever.

The hotel was lovely, staff very welcoming and friendly thank you to Omar working at reception. He was very accommodating and welcoming which made me feel at home. The hotel has good facilities which I didn’t have time to try out and is in a very good location. All my requests were accommodated, I had a nice peaceful sleep, it’s clean and quiet. Will definitely be visiting again, keep it up!

New and spacious rooms, not luxurious but modern colorful design, comfortable bed, well-equipped room. Bathroom is large and good. City view on both sides of the building. Staff was amazingly quick, practical and friendly. Hotel has a free parking in the basement. Location was convenient. Wifi was fast enough. As a solo and female traveler, I did not have any difficulties at all. I did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on that. And I didn’t have time to try the splash pool, so no comments on that.

Quality of the Hotel and the Service is very good, also the friendliness of the Staff. The Staff of the Restaurant (The Dish) are courteous and friendly. Food quality and the size of the portions(!) are beyond expectaion.

I booked using my credit card for 3 rooms, upon arrival we found out that there was no booking and no rooms available due to overbooking. Despite that i have a confirmation from booking.com. The receptionists staff were nice and helped by giving us 2 rooms out of three where 2 guests had shared one room. Regards, Maan
